Vibrant New Senior Living Comes to Lakewood, Colorado

Cappella Living Solutions was selected to manage Lakewood, Colorado’s coming $150 million senior living community. The Ridge Pinehurst, currently under construction in west Metro Denver, will offer 180 Independent Living, 96 Assisted Living and 42 Memory Care apartment homes. Located at Wadsworth and Quincy Avenue, the 15-acre site will have spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains, Pinehurst Golf Course and Marston Lake.

The community’s parent company, The Ridge Senior Living, chose a seasoned, Colorado-based management partner with a track record of exceptional senior living service: Cappella Living Solutions.

The Ridge Pinehurst is expected to welcome residents in the fall of 2019, and numerous area senior adults have already expressed a strong interest in joining the community after its completion. The new community will hire approximately 200 employees and is expected to help fill a crucial senior services gap in Lakewood and surrounding western suburbs.

We believe that The Ridge Pinehurst will be Colorado’s premier senior living community.”

In addition to Cappella’s involvement, The Ridge Senior Living has specifically partnered with several other Colorado-centric companies including Lantz-Boggio for the project’s architectural design, and Shaw Construction for project build. Marketing support is being provided by GlynnDevins and interior design by StudioSIX5.

The Ridge Pinehurst’s model will enable it to provide a continuum of services under one roof to meet the spectrum of local senior needs. In addition, the campus will not require an entry fee buy-in since it is a rental community. Additional independent living apartment homes are planned for subsequent phases of construction.
