Cappella Living Solutions is happy to announce the addition of two new senior living community projects for Colorado.
Sunny Vista Living Center in Colorado Springs is expanding upon its current skilled nursing community to add an additional 38 assisted living and 28 memory support apartments. The $10.5 million, 55,000 square foot project is designed by Lantz-Boggio Architects and will be built by Pinkard Construction. CLS has assisted in the design and will provide management services upon opening. This project is scheduled to break ground in the Spring of 2016.
CLS has partnered with Confluent Development Group in design and program development for a community with 40 assisted living apartments and 25 memory support apartments in Grand Junction, Colorado. This building is being designed by Rosemann & Associates and will be built by Bradbury Stamm. With the project ready to break ground in Spring 2016, we are poised to provide management of the community after its opening in 2017.
We own and manage senior living communities alongside our parent company, Christian Living Communities.
"When we moved to Holly Creek we thought about what is visible, such as interiors, apartment layout, dining areas, which are all very nice but after living here for a year we have discovered what is most important is the people that live here and employees, who are all so considerate and kind who are at the HEART of Holly Creek. They make Holly Creek a special place in which to live."
