Four thought leaders from Cappella Living Solutions presented at the national Leading Age Conference that was held in New Orleans from October 28 – November 1, 2017.
LeadingAge is a 501(c) tax-exempt organization with 6,000 members nationwide that focuses on education, advocacy, and applied research in the field of aging services. There is a great deal of scrutiny that goes into selecting presenters and topics, which is why we were honored to have these four team members selected to present: Camille Burke, President of Cappella Living Solutions, Jill Vitale-Aussem, COO of Cappella; Katrissa Gates, Regional Director of Clinical Services, and Jill Hiller, Regional Sales & Marketing Director at Cappella.
This foursome presented on the topic “Why Communities Fail and How to Fix Them: Lessons from Professional Fixers.” With more than 45 years of operational experience, the team shared with other senior living providers the top five reasons communities fail and provided new tools to troubleshoot and evaluate occupancy challenges within their own communities. More than 10,000 senior living professionals were in attendance.
We own and manage senior living communities alongside our parent company, Christian Living Communities.
"When we moved to Holly Creek we thought about what is visible, such as interiors, apartment layout, dining areas, which are all very nice but after living here for a year we have discovered what is most important is the people that live here and employees, who are all so considerate and kind who are at the HEART of Holly Creek. They make Holly Creek a special place in which to live."
