We are thrilled to share the good news that Cappella Living Solutions, the consulting and management services arm of CLC, will assume management support of three communities in Colorado and Oklahoma effective August 1st with the transition of an additional four communities in Texas expected by December.

This is part of a new management support partnership we have entered into with Villagio Senior Living. Villagio is based in Oklahoma and primarily provides Assisted Living and Memory Support living options with one community offering Residential Living cottages with a Life Plan living option. Sales and marketing consulting support to the Texas communities will begin immediately, while the onset of management support services will be intentionally staggered.

A transition team has assembled to ensure a smooth process for everyone who lives and works at each of the Villagio communities as well as to ensure appropriate resources are in place for our CLC and Cappella family of communities.

The ownership group quickly selected Cappella Living Solutions because of the deep bench of dedicated professionals available to them at the support office, but also because of the amazing culture and approach evident throughout the entire organization – the CLC/Cappella difference shone through!

We are excited to welcome Villagio Senior Living to the family as together, we create communities where aging is honored and celebrated.

We own and manage senior living communities alongside our parent company, Christian Living Solutions.

Hear what Our Clients Have to Say

"When we moved to Holly Creek we thought about what is visible, such as interiors, apartment layout, dining areas, which are all very nice but after living here for a year we have discovered what is most important is the people that live here and employees, who are all so considerate and kind who are at the HEART of Holly Creek. They make Holly Creek a special place in which to live."

- Don & Carol Furuta, Holly Creek Residents
