Cappella Living Solutions has partnered with Catholic Charities of Kansas City & St.Joseph, Missouri and developers Mark Ledom and his son Matt of DAMCO (Diversified Asset Management Co.) in the design and program development for a continuum care retirement community in Kansas City, Missouri.

Construction is underway for 120 independent living apartments inside an existing nine-story tower that is currently being renovated. Cappella Living Solutions will provide management services upon the opening of the independent living neighborhood in the summer of 2018 at St. Anthony’s, a Catholic retirement community.

Adjacent to the tower will be a one-story assisted living and memory support community consisting of 30 assisted living apartments and 53 memory care apartments that will make up Phase II of the project, scheduled to begin construction in late 2017. Hear what Our Clients Have to Say

"When we moved to Holly Creek we thought about what is visible, such as interiors, apartment layout, dining areas, which are all very nice but after living here for a year we have discovered what is most important is the people that live here and employees, who are all so considerate and kind who are at the HEART of Holly Creek. They make Holly Creek a special place in which to live."
